What we do, and what each service involves.
Hire us for one task or for the whole procurement function. Most clients start with a single sourcing project.
Procurement & supplier sourcing
We identify manufacturers and suppliers that match your product specifications, order volumes, quality standards, and budget. You get a shortlist of three to five suppliers we have approached, with quotations and samples where available.
Supplier checks & evaluation
We check shortlisted suppliers against agreed criteria, including registration, documents and capability, and arrange third-party checks where needed.
Contract & pricing negotiations
We negotiate unit price, MOQ, payment terms and lead time with the supplier and prepare the purchase agreement for your approval. You approve the supplier, the commercial terms and the order before any commitment is made.
Supply chain consulting
We map how goods currently move from supplier to customer, cost each step, and recommend where to change supplier, route, or order pattern.
Inventory forecasting & planning
We build reorder points and order quantities from your sales history and supplier lead times, so you stop running out of fast movers and overstocking slow ones.
Import & export support
We coordinate commercial documents and shipment information between you, the supplier and the forwarder.
Freight coordination & logistics
We compare forwarder quotations, coordinate freight bookings and documentation with appointed providers, and track shipments through agreed order and delivery milestones.
Supplier relationship management
We act as your day-to-day contact with suppliers: chasing production updates, handling quality complaints, and renegotiating when volumes change.
Supply chain risk & cost analysis
We identify where you depend on a single supplier, port, or country, estimate what a disruption would cost, and price out a backup.
Every engagement ends in documents you can act on.
Three of the deliverables clients see most often. The previews below are illustrative mock-ups with invented figures, not client data. Where an engagement needs inspection, testing or certification, it is performed by an appointed third party and their findings are passed through to you.
Supplier shortlist & comparison sheet
Three to five shortlisted suppliers side by side on price, MOQ, lead time and the documents they hold, with a recommendation and the reasoning behind it.
Landed-cost breakdown
Every cost assumed between the factory gate and your warehouse, per unit, with the freight, duty and handling assumptions stated, so you can compare suppliers on the number that actually decides margin.
Pre-shipment checklist summary
Where an inspection is arranged — by you, the supplier, or a third-party inspector appointed with your agreement — we consolidate the findings into one summary: what was checked, what passed, and what was raised with the supplier before release.

Three ways to engage us.
Project-based
A fixed scope and fee for a defined job, such as finding a supplier for one product line or renegotiating an existing contract.
Ongoing advisory
A monthly retainer where we manage your suppliers and shipments as your outsourced procurement department.
Market expansion
Entering a new market: we identify suppliers, forwarders and customs brokers for your approval before you have staff on the ground.
